The best part of being an author is interacting with students, parents, teachers and librarians. Jordan Chronicles is up for all types of events from School visits to Book Festivals to Library Conferences. Scroll below and check out our School Visit Program.
School Visits
Jordan Chronicles loves to inspire kids through our journey to self publication, and empower them to value their own stories and unique voices. Our presentations are engaging and interactive. The presentations are primarily done by author Jessica Burton. Co- author Jordan Burton joins for visits and events on non school days.

Story Time & Story Stew
Get ready for lots of laughs as well as food for thought! We start off by sharing our own love for books and stories, followed by a positive reinforcement true or false segment. Next a PowerPoint presentation of the featured book. From there we show students how they can create their own stories with a Story Stew exercise that even the youngest kids can understand. Using the ingredients of characters, setting, problem and resolution, we’ll create a story together and your students will leave with the tools and self confidence to become storytellers themselves. A final Q & A will give students time to ask questions.
